Refund & Return Policy

At The Mindful Messenger, each letter, ritual, and curated item is prepared with care and intention. Because our products are personalized and time-sensitive, we do not accept returns except in the situations below.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, please email themindfulmessengerletters@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.


Subscriptions

  • All subscriptions are pre-paid for the full term selected at checkout (monthly, 6-month, or yearly).

  • Subscriptions end automatically after the term.

  • We cannot refund or cancel shipments once processed or shipped.


Change of Mind

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or personal preference.


Digital Products

Digital downloads and printables are non-refundable once delivered.


Store Credit

In some cases, store credit may be issued at our discretion and can be used toward future purchases.


Non-Subscription Products

If you’re not satisfied with a non-subscription product, you may return it within 60 days at your expense. Items must be unused and in original condition.
Refunds exclude shipping fees and are processed once we receive the return.
