From the Messenger's Desk

8/17/2025 - The Night Before ....

It’s late. The house is quiet—just my husky snoring and the soft murmur of the radio. I’m at the table with little stacks—welcome letters, envelopes, notes, stickers — tiny proof that a long-held idea is about to step into
the light.

Here’s a true thing: I’m excited, and I’m nervous.

The butterflies are real.

They show up when I care, and I care a lot.

I’ve been dreaming up something that feels like a best friend popping by—reliable, uplifting, offering a kind check-in and a cheerful nudge towards growth. Each letter invites you to be yourself, pursue your goals and dreams, and savor the self-discovery.

That’s how The Mindful Messenger began. Not as a grand plan, but as a gentle insistence: what if care arrived quietly, on paper, right when you needed it?

Tonight, I’m triple-checking details and remembering
that beginning matters most. I’m making you a promise I can keep—no magic fixes, just consistent, loving nudges toward calm, clarity, and joy.

I’ll go first, even with butterflies. You can come exactly as you are.

If you’re reading this, thank you for being here at the very beginning. May these letters become a small corner of quiet in
your week—like a porch light left on just for you.

I’m stepping forward with optimism, a little
fear, and a lot of heart.

See you in the mailbox soon.
